The purpose of the CCM High Performance Program is to identify, train, educate and evaluate Minnesota's best hockey players. The competition throughout the program gives each player the opportunity to measure themselves against others in her age group, gain knowledge about her development and to be exposed to outstanding coaching.

• Phase 1: Players will participate in tryouts within their Minnesota Hockey Districts. In 2023, players must have a 2008 birth date to participate. Phase 1 ($100): March 20 - 26, 2023
• Phase 2: The top 30 players from each District will participate in a Development phase, with 20 (12F, 6D, 2G) from each District advancing to Phase 3. Phase 2 ($175 MN Hockey Fee + $35 D2 Fee)  March 27 – April 13, 2023
• Phase 3: The District teams compete in seeding games at Fogerty Arena (April 14-April 18) and three games at the 15 Spring Festival at Fogerty Arena (April 21-April 23) .  Phase 3 ($200 MN Hockey Fee + $35 D2 Fee)
• Phase 4: The top 120 players from the Spring Festival will be selected to train at the CCM High Performance 15 Development Camp at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN Phase 4 ($650)  June 10 – June 15, 2023
• Phase 5:  USA Hockey Select 15 Development Camp in Oxford, OH at Miami University July 10 - July 15, 2023
