District 2 Game Information and Payments

Game Reschedules

Instructions for Game Reschedules:

 

  • Teams must agree to the reschedule date, time, and arena before a reschedule request is submitted to District 2.  Each reschedule is assessed a $100 change fee (make sure everyone is in agreement to the change)
  • Complete the entire form for the reschedule below - be sure to include all required information.
  • The Mandatory online payment for the 2018-19 season is set up again.  No request is sent for a game change until a Credit Card Payment is submitted..
  • You will receive an email that summarizes the requested change.
  • Email or snail mail a copy of the requested change to the opposing teams manager or coach.
  • THE RESCHEDULE IS NOT OFFICIAL UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM A DISTRICT 2 OFFICIAL.

In order to complete the online game reschedule form, you will be asked to login with a website account.  You can use your association's website account if you are on the NGIN System.  If not, you will be need to create a new account.


Referee Requests & Substitute Goalies

District 2 Scrimmage Policy Change

District 2 has instituted a scrimmage period time policy


All scrimmages will be run as follows
 

  • Periods 1 & 2 will be stop time periods for the appropriate age level.
  • Period 3 will be running time for the time remaining in the ice hour minus 2 minutes.

 

To request scrimmage referees

  • Simply click the registration link to the right --->
  • Complete the entire form - be sure to include all required information.
  • The Mandatory online payment for the 2018-19 season is set up again.  No request is sent for review until a Credit Card Payment is submitted.
  • NOTE -  Games at Augsburg, Mariucci, Ridder, or Xcel Energy Center will be subject to an extra $10 per referee charge.  You will be contacted post scrimmage approval for payment of this fee
  • You will receive an email that summarizes the requested change.
  • The request is not confirmed until you receive an emailed approval from a District 2 official. This is NOT the same as the email summary!
  • REMINDER--payment confirmation is NOT an approval from District 2 that the game ref's have been approved.  (see bullet above) 
  • Please read the two previous bullet points.

Mite/8U Out of District Play Request

Mite and 8U teams must receive permission from the District Director to play games outside of District 2.  Please fill out the registration to make your request.


Interstate Tournament Requests

Teams wishing to travel outside the borders of Minnesota must submit a request with District 2's Director.  Please click the link below to make that request.  For more information please refer to the District 2 rules document.
